After many selection processes and interviewing numerous people who wanted to join our team, it seemed to us that there were many aspects that could be improved in the interview process. Therefore, we worked on a concept to envision a future with new, more powerful tools.
We wanted to create something unique so we played with concepts such as putting together your career path on the platform (not shown on this shot), use of filters to transmit your personality, learning some fun facts about the company that will be interviewing you and basically, creating an experience that feels closer and fresh vs the usual interviews most of all have been through in the past. We call the result, Intervue.
